Rachael's Story
After working for years in the corporate and non-profit world, as well as serving as a Naval Officer, Rachael, the visionary CEO behind Malveaux & Co. was ready to lean into her entrepreneurial spirit and strike out on her own. Like many during and after the pandemic, Rachael realized a better balance between work and family life was possible with the growing prevalence of remote work. Drawing on her past experiences and her fervent belief in the transformative power of strategic guidance and effective leadership, combined with the power of human potential, Malveaux & Co was born.
